要求将Oracle数据库从11.2.0.3.0升级到11.2.0.3.7 PSU（最新），补丁为：16619892

用oracle用户解压后：

这个PSU对OPatch有要求，要用11.2.0.3.0之后版本的OPatch，，这个OPatch的补丁号为6880880。那么就要下载这个OPatch补丁了：

然后进行OPatch替换：
